Wallet deposits are non-refundable to the original payment method but remain usable for any service on the panel indefinitely.

Failed or canceled orders are auto-refunded to your wallet within minutes. Partial orders are refunded proportionally.

For services with refill protection, request refills via your dashboard within the refill window listed on the service.
